Chris graduated high school from Dennis Yarmouth High School, was accepted into the Air Force Academy and graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in engineering. He is a student of new technology, innovation in building concepts, and civic matters that can impact the success of a project.
Taking the time to learn all facets of building over many years is what makes Chris' experience unique. He was a house framer who appreciated the old school techniques of yesteryear and blended them with today's new approaches. Chris obtained his builder's license and worked with sophisticated architects designing and building homes on Cape Cod. His resume also consists of time serving as a project manager for a large Cape Cod builder before embarking on his own business.
It's no secret that permitting a remodeling or new construction project on Cape Cod can be complex at best. Chris Vincent is skilled at understanding town codes and implementing them into a project while completing and filing all required paperwork on behalf of the client. Chris is also a Massachusetts Building Code Instructor at Cape Cod Community College.
